In 2007, we began an extraordinary journey, which has led us to conceive and design solutions to guarantee an excellent customer experience.

Innovation, tenacity, professionalism and high standards are the key elements for us and for our stakeholders.

Among our principles and objectives, which guide our work on a daily basis, are: social inclusion, valorisation and development of our employees, responsible management of resources to reduce our environmental impact, and a strong drive for innovation and digitisation.

Our Mission

Supporting companies by offering advanced Customer Interaction services and solutions aimed at value creation and the achievement of an excellent Customer Experience, in line with current interaction contexts, whether Phygital or Digital.

Our sustainability plan is the basis from which we do business in a conscious and forward-looking manner.

It stems from careful listening to people's needs, needs that are constantly changing and require innovative and reliable answers.

A document in line with our corporate policies, reflecting and enhancing Call2Net's identity. 

To date we have taken many steps forward, but the road to transformation is still long and we won't stop walking it, always setting ourselves new goals.
