The challenge

Groupama Italia, the Italian branch of the historic international insurance and banking group Groupama, and already a client of Call2Net for its back-office claims activity, proposed us a challenge: in just a few days from the submission deadline, to have the entire network of agents sign and collect all the documents needed for the annual IVASS training requirements.

In detail, the project aimed to:

  • have documents, which had not been downloaded so far, downloaded
  • sign them and have them uploaded to their dedicated portal

How we faced the challenge for Groupama Italy

Solution: 3-level automation with operator support for non-respondents

To achieve the objectives of this challenge, we structured a 3-level email marketing automation workflow with CTAs to the documents to be signed and the upload portal.

After three levels of email reminders, the contact was passed to our contact centre for the classic telephone recall.
